Измеритель Keysight 53147A представляет собой полнофункциональный частотомер непрерывных сигналов СВЧ диапазона с цифровым вольтметром постоянного тока и точным измерителем мощности в одном компактном корпусе. Этот прибор обеспечивает выполнение самых распространенных видов измерений в диапазоне частот до 20 ГГц и является идеальным инструментом при монтаже и обслуживании СВЧ каналов связи. При использовании в автоматизированных испытательных системах измеритель Keysight 53147A позволяет экономить пространство в приборной стойке.
