Генераторы ВЧ-сигналов серии SGX1000 обеспечивают высокопроизводительную генерацию сигналов с простым в использовании интерфейсом в компактном форм-факторе. SGX1000 использует запатентованное сочетание прямого цифрового и прямого аналогового синтеза, чтобы обеспечить сверхвысокое разрешение по частоте, молниеносное переключение частоты, сверхнизкий фазовый шум и джиттер, а также превосходную надежность.
Интуитивно понятный мультисенсорный дисплей прибора обеспечивает легкий доступ и настройку для выполнения развертки по частоте и / или мощности, а также для применения амплитудной, частотной, фазовой и импульсной модуляции для удовлетворения широкого спектра требований к испытаниям.
